Madras Bashai

We would have probably liked the Madras Bashai(Madras Slang of Tamil) in many movies by Kamalhassan, veteran Manorama or many. It is very famous among the tamil speaking people largely I hope. On the other day one of my friend was telling that he gets irritated when he hears madras bashai because it is like an insult to Thamizh(Tamil) language. I was telling each and every slang has its own sweetness. I came across a page for Madras bashai in Wikipedia(I am posting this thinking many of you had probably not visited) and the article states that Madras bashai is a mix of Tamil predominantly with English and slighter mix of Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.
